I’m pleased to announce ROS Edmonton, the Robot Operating System users group for the Edmonton area is starting up!

We are set to have our first meetup January 15, 2015 at 6:30pm at Startup Edmonton.

The first meeting will be an introduction to ROS: why it’s great, what it can do, and a brief technical introduction. We’ll also try to focus a bit on how it applies to industry.
